Ros Cardinal Australian Leadership Coach of the Year for Second Year in a Row

Working with a diverse range of businesses around Australia, from government departments, to large private enterprises and not-for-profits, Ms Cardinal has extensive experience in Organisational Development and sees her calling as making a difference in the world, by creating better workplaces, great leaders and inspired teams.
“I’m passionate about sharing what I have learned, and last year released a book called The Resilient Employee: The essential guide to coping with change and thriving in today’s workplace to enable people wherever they are to thrive with change,” Ms Cardinal said.
“It’s also exciting for someone based in Tasmania to be recognised with an international award for the second time. It shows that as Tasmanians we are truly innovative and industry leading.”
Elizabeth Moore, Awards Director of the 2017 Innovation & Excellence Awards also commented on the stature of the winners.

Each winner was chosen on merit and has shown excellence, innovation and strong leadership throughout their various activities over the past calendar year.
