We can provide group training as a quick 90-minute session, a half or full day, right up to an extensive, in-depth program which can be run over the course of a year. Choose between face to face and online delivery.

Rosalind Cardinal is Shaping Change’s founder and managing director. Growing up, Ros wanted to be a vet or a scientist, but her fascination with human behaviour and neuroscience led her to a career in organisational development.
